Job was done quickly and the price is right

I posted a request for a quote through Amazon services. Brandyn gave me a reasonable price compared to other quotes I received. As soon as he arrived, he immediately assessed the problem and noticed some other minor issues we had. As soon as he sprayed the area, I started noticing a difference. He said it usually takes 2 weeks for everything to completely clear out. Not only was his customer service top notch but you could see he cares for his practice. I ended up doing a quarterly service with him so the issues will no longer affect barbecue season when we have friends and family over.

I found Brandyn 4yrs ago when I first moved into my home which is built in front of protected greenbelt....that said, I have a tremendous amount of ‘nature’ around our foundation! From experiencing earwigs to all sizes of spiders (my biggest fear), beatles, crickets, field mice, yellow jacket nests, a hornet nest (yes he quickly took care of a huge hornet nest that fell from a tree into my driveway) among other pests, he has managed keeping the inside of my home ‘silent’ - we have been on a quarterly plan and it’s works out perfectly. The B&D business and pricing are fair and Brandyn and his team are extremely reliable- I am the biggest pain in the butt for him (I’m sure of it) with my frantic calls and fear of bugs of any sort lol ...but he always helps when I need him and with a genuine smile. I would recommended him 100% for anyone that needs help in this area!

Quality of Treatments - Their treatments are very effective, and they always resolve the problems. In a rare instance where the problem was not resolved, B&D offered to come back again and do another treatment free of cost. They always honor their warranty, and ensure the problem is 100% resolved. Customer service - Angie, the office manager, is courteous and friendly -she helps schedule and coordinate appointments directly with tenants (which makes my job easier). All their technicians - Christian, Eric and Jason - are very knowledgeable and professional - they leave details notes along (after each treatment) along with the pictures - on the portal. One can see the history of all the treatments and make payments online. Brandyn, the owner, goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

B&D came highly recommended by my brother when we had a major mouse infestation, in our basement. They quickly got right on it, were very professional and helpful, and knew exactly how to handle the mice! We also had them sanitize the soiled area(s), and they even fixed up the insulation in the crawl space, and cleaned the gutters. I definitely recommend these guys if you want to keep pests out! I hate, hate, hate mice. I had a mouse in my house and could not sleep for days. That was the first time I met Brandyn, 5 years ago. After that first treatment, I have not had any issues in the interim. I had signed up for the quarterly service just to be safe. B & D Pest Solutions did exactly what I needed to have done! Brandyn is a true professional, doesn't take advantage of customers like other pest control companies do, explains what needs to be done and clearly prioritizes customer satisfaction. He initially repaired a portion of my gutter screen when a squirrel chewed its way through. He took care of my ant problem that has been a yearly thorn in my side and a month later replaced the entire perimeter of my house with updated gutter screens. I had a rodent running around daily in the gutters and it was time I evicted him. Overall I am very happy and satisfied with his service and would highly recommend him to anyone having a rodent/pest/ant issue in their home. Thanks to him, I have no more worries on my roof -RA

Brandyn and his crew are great. I have been using his pest control service for past 5 yrs now. From making an appointment and having the guys come for the service to having any special requests they take care of everything. If you have a service scheduled and you're not home, they will service the outside and will come back again to service inside at your convenience. Having setup monthly payment for service, you're not surprised with additional charges. Overall, nothing but great service in all aspects.
