Alrighty Guys. I am starting a new project, and wouldn't mind input/criticism/comments during this process.
This is going to be a WIP and progress of me building my own spraybooth.
Here are some of the plans for the spraybooth:

I will be using 9/16 in. Plywood from my backyard. The inside dimensions will be a 12in High, 15in wide, 12in depth.
As you can see, I've went with a pseudo-jigsaw puzzle approach when fitting the boards. I thought that this would be a good way to keep the boards steady when I actually put in the screws to keep it together.
Here is a few pictures of a mock-up I made from a cardboard box.
although not exactly to scale, it gives me a way better understanding of how big it would be in my room.

Ok now on to the mathematics of the project.
I followed this guide here at Brian's car models.
Now my booth is a cross-draft booth and he recommends 100 FPM for the booth.
Following this formula:
Cross-draft CFM = inside height x inside width x desired face velocity (depth is not a consideration)
1x1.25x100= 125 So I would need a fan that would blow 125 CFM
*The reason why its 1x1.25 is because I changed the inches into feet.*
So now I have been looking at fans and have chosen the one that I believe that will best fit my needs, and that fan would be the 1TDP7 PSC Blower from Grainger.
